Sharing Information With Your Physician(s)
Original Post: Just recently, my Physical Therapist told me about Post-Polio Syndrome. My primary care physician had never heard of post-polio until I mentioned it. She asked me if I would provide her with information and she said she's eager to learn. What do you recommend I provide her?
