What is Team Survivor?
It is a means for Polio Survivors, our friends and families to come together in a thriving, spirited way to support the Rotary Foundation and their partners, as they rid the world of this terrible disease.
In just nine years, survivors and family members in our network have sent donations providing more than 130,000 Polio vaccinations to children in the most difficult to reach, war-torn corners of the world.

NO donation is too small. That’s what makes it so special.
100% of the funds sent to us go to the Rotary Foundation.
What Can YOU Do?
Call your local Rotary Club.
Tell them you are a polio survivor and are grateful for their on going participation in Polio Plus.
Make a Donation to the Rotary Foundation for Polio Eradication.
Donate HERE or use the QR Code. Team Survivor is registered with the Rotary Foundation.
Make a donation by Check or Money Order.

Are you a Rotarian? When you donate to Polio Plus through Team Survivor, you and your Club WILL get credit for your donation. If you send a check, please provide your Club and ID#.
