Marny K. Eulberg, MD
Primary Care Physician Marny Eulberg, M.D, is a polio survivor (class of 1950), a retired family physician (except for seeing polio survivors), and is very involved in organizations dedicated to polio survivors and polio eradication. She practices in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Biography
Education:
BS - degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology at South Dakota State University
MD - University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Experience:
1977 - Completion of her Residency in Family Medicine, at Mercy Hospital in Denver.
1977 to 1980 - she practiced as a small-town, Family Physician in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
1980 – 2016 she remained in the Denver area practicing family medicine, affiliated with Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado.
1985 - She founded the Mercy Post-Polio Clinic (affiliated with Mercy Hospital). It was ultimately renamed the Mountain & Plains Post-Polio Clinic.
2008 – Dr. Eulberg founded and is the Director of the Human Gait Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging and promoting advances in orthoses (leg braces) for persons with various disabilities. www.humangaitinstitute.org
Since her retirement in 2014, she maintains the Mountain & Plains Post-Polio Clinic in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Dr. Eulberg has served on the Board of Polio Health International since 2002. She serves on the Executive Committee as secretary and on their medical advisory committee.
A Rotarian, Dr. Eulberg is the District 5450 Polio Plus committee chairperson. From July 2023 through
June 2026, she will be one of two End Polio Now Coordinators for Rotary’s Big West Zones 26 & 27.
She is actively engaged with the Colorado Post-Polio Organization.
