Anemia Adding to PPS Fatigue

Question:  I just discovered that I am "Border-line anemic" after a recent blood test. Could this be part of the PPS fatigue?

Dr. Bruno’s Response:  Anytime a polio survivor has an abnormal finding, even one point above or below the norm, it should be considered abnormal and should be treated. If you were borderline anemic, it could certainly contribute to fatigue and the cause needs to be found. Talk to your physician.
